A vitamin deficiency can cause a variety of health problems so it’s important to find out from your doctor what you may be lacking.
In last few years they have found that over 50% of the US population is deficient in Vitamin D. This can cause several health problems and can put you at risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and a lot of cancers. Every single person, including children, should have their vitamin D levels checked.
There is a lot to know about vitamins, to not only find the right balance, but maintain safety too.
